Build-up Bucharest

In March, we were contacted to organize an exceptional corporate team-building event, which involved 60 participants from various countries, all employees of one company. They were divided into four teams, each representing a neighborhood of an imaginary city in the future. Over three hours, these teams collaborated intensively to design and build the city, in a series of team games and team-building activities.

Participants were challenged to use their knowledge and creativity in these team-building games to tackle complex issues related to infrastructure, environment, education, and other aspects of urban life. Effective communication and resource management were essential in the team-building process.

At the end of the three hours, each team presented a detailed plan for their city, highlighting innovative solutions and sustainable development strategies. These presentations illustrated the commitment and collaborative capabilities of the participants, demonstrating the success of team-building games.

The event highlighted the importance of international collaboration and creative thinking in building the cities of the future. Experience has shown that by working in a team and using diverse skills in corporate events and team-building activities, we can create innovative solutions for the urban challenges of the 21st century.
