Content Creation Session for Elysion View Workshops

Context
In 2025, we
launched a strategic direction focused on creative workshops and experiences
hosted at Elysion View, our outdoor event venue. To build visibility, a
clear visual identity, and the promotional materials needed for this series, we
organized a dedicated content creation day together with the professionals
invited to host the workshops:
The goal was
to generate authentic social media content that highlights the people involved,
the atmosphere at Elysion View, and the creative direction of the upcoming
workshops.

photo and video materials that support the promotion of Elysion View workshops
and establish a coherent visual identity for the event series.

Shooting
Day Flow
The shooting
day combined practical demonstrations, interviews, make-up sessions, natural
light photography, and the presentation of the Elysion View venue.
Both Ilinca
and Cristina Udățeanu served as make-up models, ensuring the video materials
accurately reflected the dynamic planned for the workshops.
Cristina
Mauna created a floral arrangement featuring peonies, explaining the process
step by step, while Nicoleta Ghiris discussed the themes she planned to explore
in her astrology workshop.
All content
was designed to convey authenticity and the relaxed, open-air atmosphere of the
location.

A strong starting point for the “Art
of Peonies” workshop, which was later successfully implemented
It is true
that, for reasons unrelated to organization, only the Art of Peonies
workshop moved forward to implementation.
However, the materials created during this session remain highly valuable for
long-term communication, for presenting the specialists involved, and for
promoting future concepts that may be revisited.
The Story
The content
creation session at Elysion View laid the visual foundation for our workshop
program and strengthened the direction we built throughout 2025.
We captured the essence of each expert, showcased the potential of the venue,
and produced materials with lasting value—an essential step in developing our
outdoor creative event offering.
