“Trofeul Veseliei” Team Building – Forest Retreat & Spa

Context
For one of
our corporate clients, we organized a new edition of “Trofeul Veseliei”,
our team building program built around cooperation, rhythm, strategy, and high
energy.
This time,
the client requested a more dynamic and customized version, so we developed
three new challenges and adjusted the game structure to make the experience
even more engaging and challenging.
Objective
To deliver
an active team building experience that stimulates communication, coordination,
and teams’ ability to find quick solutions in unexpected situations, all within
a relaxed natural setting.

Challenge
design & implementation
In addition
to the classic activities from the Trofeul Veseliei program, we
introduced three new challenges:
Three-Legged Pants – two participants had to run
together wearing a pair of pants with three legs, synchronizing their
steps; the first team to finish won the round.
Collective Boards – five participants tied
together on three wooden boards had to find the right rhythm and
communicate efficiently in order to move forward without falling.
Timed Routine – a combination of classic
mini-challenges (the channel, rice grain, locomotive), all happening
simultaneously. Teams had 15 minutes to complete as much as possible and
received no direct instructions, preserving the mystery and
problem-solving element of the game.

The day
started with team formation and a short briefing introducing the concept. Teams
then rotated through all challenges, each with its own rhythm and level of
difficulty.
The newly
introduced activities were the most appreciated, as they required focus,
coordination, and real-time communication. Both the Three-Legged Pants
and Collective Boards challenges generated high energy, enthusiasm, and
memorable moments.
The
time-based combined challenge placed teams in an intense setting where
collaboration and quick decision-making were essential.
The overall
atmosphere was relaxed, humorous, and competitive in the best possible way.

programs. We transformed Trofeul Veseliei into a fresh experience,
created specifically for this client, while preserving the core of the game:
