Operation Mindfall – Outdoor Team Building in Poiana Brasov

Context
In March, we
delivered our Operation Mindfall team building experience in a
spectacular natural setting: Poiana Brașov. The project unfolded over two days
and was designed for an international group, which is why the activity was
delivered entirely in English.
To ensure a
smooth experience, the GoodStory team arrived one day before the event to test
the geo-based route and configure the game in real conditions.
Objective
To create a
dynamic and engaging team building experience that combines technology,
exploration, and collaboration in a mountain environment, adapted to a
multicultural group.

On the event
day, participants were introduced to the Operation Mindfall storyline
through a clear and energetic briefing. Teams, identified by color, followed
the geo-based route using the game application, solving missions and uncovering
clues along the way.
The route
was designed to guide teams through Poiana Brașov, with the final checkpoint
located back at the hotel. Although the weather was cold and the landscape
covered in snow, the pace and engagement of the game kept the group energized
throughout the experience.
The activity
encouraged collaboration, communication, and goal-oriented thinking in an
immersive outdoor setting.

The Story
Operation
Mindfall in Poiana Brașov was about exploration, teamwork, and shared energy,
set against a winter mountain backdrop. For GoodStory, it reaffirmed our
ability to adapt complex team building concepts to diverse environments while
maintaining clarity, flow, and participant engagement.
